Sean has been practicing bankruptcy law for over 30 years. He has helped thousands of people just like you to successfully complete the bankruptcy process and begin their lives anew. He has gained a reputation for helping the underdog and those who are at the mercy of circumstances and the economy.

Doctorate in Law

Sean graduated from Skidmore College in 1990 in Saratoga Springs, New York, and received his Doctorate in Law from Brooklyn Law School in 1993, immediately going into practice in New York, where he still maintains an office.

When I moved to Florida, I knew that practicing consumer law, particularly bankruptcy, would allow me to make the greatest impact. In bankruptcy, you can truly see the difference you’re making—people’s faces light up, and they’re able to breathe a little easier. I find it incredibly rewarding to help individuals in tough situations regain control and hope for the future.

I like to step out of the attorney role because, at the end of the day, I’m just like everyone else. Having a degree on my wall doesn’t set me apart; we all go through tough times.
